Techniques that may be used during your Reiki video include:

- Breathing Techniques
- Therapeutic Yoga Stretch
Your Reiki session will focus on general relaxation or a specific intention. This will be discussed before your video is made. You may receive a healing affirmation that correlates with an ongoing pattern you’re working through, and insight into your mind/body connection.
This is not a live session, it is a personalized video made just for you that you can re-play over and over to continually receive Reiki as needed.
Preparing For Your Session
- Reiki videos provide 15-20 minutes of energy therapy specifically for your needs.
- You will be provided a private link that you can replay whenever you’d like. I suggested downloading the video; the link will expire in 60 days.
- Earphones or speakerphone is recommended for your session.
- Hydrating before and after your session will help support the healthy flow of Ki (energy).
- It’s best to receive energy healing away from a heavy meal (a light snack is fine).
- Create a comfortable space for yourself at home using pillows, blankets and an eye mask to help calm your nervous system which will increase the beneficial effects of your session.
- A Dove card message will be included in your video.
- If we haven’t worked together before, please send a photo of yourself before your session for me to use for Reiki.
